Majestic Tent and Event has all the items you need to make your wedding or formal event elegant, but most importantly, reflective of you. In addition to the product lineup you will find on this page, Majestic Tent and Event has an on-site, board certified Event Coordinator to help you plan all the other details that will tie your event together. We will help you make it the kind of event that everyone has a blast at and guests ramble on about for weeks to come.
We have pole tents and frame tents of all sizes, including clear tops. We can also erect “structure” tents. Health and Safety standards require at least 6 ft.² per person if standing, 8 ft.² per person if a theater seating arrangement is used, and 12 ft.² in if banquet style seating is used. Bear in mind, space cushion is added based on other factors, such as food tables, staging, dance floor, etc. This is why it is important for you to call us for a consultation at 318-797-0772.
Heating and Air Conditioning
We offer various options for heating and cooling your tents. In addition to box fans, we also carry port-a-cools which are portable air conditioners in different sizes. We can also do traditional air conditioning. For heating your tent, we also have several options. We carry patio heaters as well as the larger tent heaters which both run on propane. Please call us for details.
Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunny, and the Tasmanian Devil lead the way atop this crazy, fun-loving Looney Tunes jump. They are joined by their friends Sylvester the Cat and Tweety Bird among others. This jumper measures 12′ L x 13′ W x 13′ H, and the Funhouse Jumper measures 14′ L x 15′ W x 13′ H. Both must be set up within 75′ of a power source. We also have the Hurricane Water Slide, pictured below. Climb this huge 24′ tall water slide and rush 65′ down through the eye of the storm. This is a big, fast and WET water slide.
Inflatable jumps come in different sizes, but if the kids are 8 years and under, usually 8 – 10 at a time is okay and 6 – 8 at a time for 9 – 12 year olds (depending on the unit).
We have a variety of tables to choose from. Seating is arranged from the most comfortable possible, to least comfortable with most seating. Depending on the type of event, you may be able to “get away with” the higher number of seats. Weddings and other banquet type events should adhere to the lower end of the range. Conference tables are only seated on one side, bearing in mind that these are normally used for business events and attendees will probably have notebooks and laptops; thus, seating should adhere to the lower end of the seating range.

We have an endless variety of linens that can be special ordered for rental. In addition, we have quite a few colors in stock. Call us for inventory details. Pictured are linens that we have in stock, as well as linens that we can special order. Depending on your budget, a limitless array of color and texture are available to you. Also at our disposal is a virtual designer, so we can show you what your color palette would look like when set up.
Dance floors are measured in 3′ x 4′ sections. Please note that setup has to be done by Majestic Tent and Event, and delivery and setup charges apply.
Pipe and Drape
Draping is priced by the foot. Please note that delivery and setup charges may apply.

Staging is quoted by the job, and it can be quite versatile. We also do skirting, steps, podiums, and the rest of the accessories for a stage. Staging is set up in sections of 4′ x 8′. Sound systems are also available and may be spec’d by job. We carry traditional microphones, as well as wireless and lapels. Please call for details.
